BULLYING CASE

Victims of bullying at SMPN 16 Malang, MS must lose their fingers. His finger was amputated because he was bullied so cruelly.

Based on the admission of seven students suspected of perpetrators of violence, that the MS had been slammed into paving and trees. Malang City Police Chief, Kombespol Leonardus Simarmata said the results of the examination conducted by the police, the seven students admitted to committing acts of violence against MS.

The examination was carried out on Monday (3/2/2020) yesterday the status of the seven students was still a witness.

"These children claimed to raise victims together and then thrown into paving, then raised again and thrown into a tree," Leo said in his press statement on Tuesday (02/04/2020).

Leo revealed, to the police the seven students claimed to be just fiddling with MS. However, the police ensure that they will act objectively in this legal case. If proven guilty, these seven students will be processed according to legal procedures.

Opinion:

In my opinion, this case is very bad. A boy a boy must feel bullied while still in middle school, especially as a result of the bullying he had to have his fingers amputated. All the suspect should receive the appropriate punishment.

How to solve the case:

To solve this case there are some ways, one of them is give the suspect a punishment based on law and their age. Also for the school, they should be more aware so this case will not happen again in the future. Not only for this school but also for every school in Indonesia.
